Why I built Rolio
I'm Alon Butbul, a backend engineer with five years of experience. When I started looking for my next role, the job search itself became a second job: hundreds of postings spread across a dozen sites, most of them a poor fit, and interviews tracked across notes, calendars and WhatsApp.
So I built the tool I wanted. Rolio scores every job against my resume, so I only open the ones worth my time, and keeps every interview, round and person in one place.
It worked for me, so I'm opening it up. Rolio is in private beta, shaped by feedback from its first users.
