Know which jobs are worth applying to, before you apply
Most jobs that look relevant aren't a real fit: a different stack, a seniority bar that's too high, or a domain unrelated to your experience. Reading every posting to the end takes time, and applying to all of them doesn't work. Rolio reads the jobs for you and gives each one a match score against your resume.
A match score from 0 to 100
An AI engine compares each job to your resume: the technologies you've worked with, your seniority and your years of experience against what the posting asks for. You get one score that's easy to compare, so you can sort every job by fit and open the ones most worth your time first.
Not just a number: why this score
Every score comes with an explanation: which requirements match your experience and where there's a gap, like a missing technology or more years of experience than you have. You decide whether the gap is a deal-breaker, or worth applying anyway and addressing in your cover letter.
Your threshold, your filter
Set the score at which a job counts as a high fit for you, and Rolio flags those jobs. Filter and sort by fit, and see on the dashboard how many good matches are waiting.
Found a job yourself? Paste the link
Saw a job on LinkedIn or a company site? Paste the link, and Rolio reads the posting, pulls out the role, seniority, stack and requirements, and scores it like any other job.
From score to application
When you decide to apply, Rolio can draft a cover letter tailored to the job and your resume, ready to copy or download as a Word file. From there, the job moves to your interview board.
