Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account: your name and email, through Clerk (email or Google sign-in).
• Resume and profile: the resume you upload and the details extracted from it (skills, experience), plus profile fields you add (phone, location, links).
• Your job search: jobs you track, their statuses, notes, interviews, rounds, and the people you list as interviewers.
• Interview recordings: audio you choose to upload, plus the transcript and analysis we create from it. You're responsible for having permission to record.
• Waitlist: your name, email, and a one-way hash of your IP address (used only to block spam).
• Feedback: answers you give in our feedback forms (Tally), linked to your email.
• Usage data: pages you visit and clicks, plus session recordings (PostHog), with everything you type masked. Error reports (Sentry) may include technical details like browser type.

How we use it

To run Rolio: score jobs against your resume, track your interviews, analyze recordings you upload, and improve the product. We don't sell your data and don't use it for advertising.

Who processes it for us

• Clerk (sign-in)
• OpenAI (job scoring, resume extraction, recording analysis). Under OpenAI's API terms, this data isn't used to train their models.
• Modal (recording transcription)
• Hetzner (servers, Finland)
• Cloudflare R2 (file storage)
• PostHog (EU, analytics)
• Sentry (errors)
• Tally (feedback forms)
• Zoho (email)

Cookies

Only what sign-in (Clerk) and analytics (PostHog) need. No advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

While your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data. Email support@rolio.co.il and we'll reply within 30 days.

Age

Rolio is for people 18 and over.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above and notify active users of major changes.
